Prop Rails is operated by one person. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party.

Prop Rails is built and operated from Johannesburg, South Africa. For any question about this page or about information you have sent, write to tafadzwa@proprails.co.za.
What this website collects
Nothing, by itself. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie banner because there are no cookies, no embedded fonts or scripts loaded from another domain, and no third-party form processor. The contact form does not submit anywhere: it assembles the text locally in your browser and opens your own email client with it prefilled, so nothing leaves your machine until you press send in your own mail program.
The web server hosting this site keeps ordinary access logs, as any web server does. Those are held by the hosting provider under its own terms.
What happens when you email
Mail sent to the address above arrives in a single mailbox. It is used to answer you and to keep track of the conversation, and it is not sold, shared, or passed to any third party. If you ask for your details to be deleted, they will be, and you will get confirmation.
Pilot data
If a pilot is agreed, it runs with a read-only API key that you create and can revoke at any moment. The pilot records account state and timing events so a report can be produced; it sends no trading instructions and requires no withdrawal permission. What is recorded, where it is stored, how long it is kept and what is returned to you at the end are agreed in writing before a pilot starts, and Prop Rails will follow whatever that agreement says.
Never send an API key, secret or passphrase by ordinary email or through the form on this site. Keys are handed over by whatever method you consider secure, at the point a pilot actually begins.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased, and you can withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. One email to the address above is enough; no form is required.

If this page changes materially, the date below changes with it.
